Electric furnace bottom drying tamp mass is made by synthetic high iron and high calcium sand, high purity magnesia sand and some additives. Electric furnace bottom drying tamp mass is dry material, so it is easy to be constructed on work site, and ready to be used after construction done. Without baking, drying tamp mass largely improves the efficiency and extends the service life as well.

Service Life: Smelt steel scrap, 60 heats MIN; smelt molten iron and scrap steel, 200 heats MIN. The furnace needs to be repaired during the smelting.
